Tender Heart Homecare, LLC selects caregivers who are professional, reliable and who can provide outstanding caregiver support. We understand that transitioning into home care can be difficult for many clients and our caregivers are dedicated to making this transition as comforting for you and your loved one as possible.
Service Hours
Our caregivers provide affordable home care services on an hourly, weekly, overnight, or live-in basis.
Our caregiver screening process consists of:
- National criminal background check
- Verification of State of Connecticut licenses and certification
- One-on-one interview
- Reference checks from three previous work places
- Review of liability insurance documents
